Arugula-Grapes Salad

An everyday side salad, that can be combined with a number of dishes.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams arugula leaves (washed and dried)
  • 150 grams black grapes
  • 150 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp mixed seeds
For the dressing
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Tear the arugula leaves with hands and add it to a salad bowl.
  2. Cut the grapes in half and cherry tomatoes in quarters. Add them to the bowl, along with the mixed seeds.
  3. Add all the dressing ingredients into the bowl as well.
  4. Mix well to combine everything together. Serve.

Notes

To save time and effort, you can buy pre-washed and cleaned arugula leaves from the supermarket.
