Thoroughly wash the sweet potato and pat dry.
Cut about 1 cm thick slices.
Preheat the oven at 200°C.
Add the olive oil, garlic powder, red chili powder and salt and coat well.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the sweet potato slices a few centimeters apart from each other. You might have to bake in batches.
Bake for 10 minutes on one side, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes on the other side.
Take out from oven and arrange on a serving dish. Wait for a few minutes to cool down before putting with your favorite toppings.
