Method
- Add all the muesli ingredients (except the toppings) into a bowl. Mix until well incorporated. The chia seeds should soak well into the liquid.
- Cover and leave on room temperature (but cooler than 22 degrees) overnight.
- Next morning, add your preferred toppings and enjoy.
Notes
- The given quantities are for one portion. If making bigger quantity, you could double or triple the ingredients.
- Please note that the muesli will absorb the milk overnight, so do not reduce the milk content.
- If it is too hot for the muesli to be left on room temperature overnight, you could leave it into the fridge overnight too. It might take it longer for the muesli to soak the liquid in that case.
